Dressing Recipes

Here are some yummy dressings that you can make for your salads. I took these from the Ultimate Reset and often use them on a daily basis : )

 

Creamy Garlic Dressing:(Makes 10 servings, about 2 TBSP. each)

1/2 cup extra virgin olive-oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

3 cloves garlic, crushed

3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp. Himalayan salt

1/2 Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. raw honey(or pure maple syrup)

Place ingredients in a blender; cover with lid. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate dressing if not using immediately. If dressing solidifies when cold, hold at room temperature for 30 minutes, stir before serving.

Basic Vinaigrette: (Makes 8 servings, about 2 Tbsp. each)

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tsp. Himalayan salt

1 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

2 tsp. chopped fresh herbs (like basil, oregano, parsley, or dill)(to taste, optional)

Place ingredients in small bowl; mix well or place in blender.

Greek Dressing: (Makes 8 servings, about 2 Tbsp. each)

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 tsp. dried oregano

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt

1 tsp. herbal seasoning blend

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Place ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate dressing if not using immediately. If dressing solidifies when cold, hold at room temperature for 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
